ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
NATIONAL CERTIFICATE
5 Ordinary Levels including Mathematics and English.
Food and Nutrition and Science will be an added advantage for Professional Cookery. Food and Beverage Management and Bakery Studies.
Geography and Accounting an added advantage for Tourism and Hospitality Management.
NATIONAL DIPLOMA
1.5 Ordinary Levels including Mathematics and English.
2.National Certificate in the following areas:

·Food and Beverage Management
·Tourism and Hospitality Management
·Bakery Studies.
COURSE DURATION
National Certificate
It is a one year programme.
National Diploma
It is a three year programme. One year of Industrial attachment (hands on experience)
Two years at college.
